CP24 is set to launch an innovative new talk show “On The Rocket” with host Adam Giambrone and it’ll be broadcast live from a working TTC streetcar.

The show will premiere on Thursday November 5 at 8 p.m. and every month TTC riders will join the show to talk transit in the city.

CP24 Vice President and General Manager Bob McLaughlin says transit plays an important role in the lives of many Torontonians.

“Only CP24 gives TTC riders a chance to have their voices heard on a monthly basis.”

The one-hour show will be the first ever of its kind.

Giambrone, who is the chair of the TTC and a Toronto City Councillor, promises to discuss everything from daily transit operations to improvements and plans for the future.

The streetcar route will vary and viewers are invited to get on and off for a free ride. Viewers can join the show at the McCaul loop on McCaul Street, north of Queen Street, or or at the corner of Queen and Spadina, between 8 and 9 p.m.

You can be part of the discussion by calling in at 416-872-CP24 or toll free at 1-888-863-CP24 or emailing ontherocket@cp24.com.
