Police identify victim shot to death on the Danforth

Toronto police have identified the man that was found shot dead in a parking lot near Danforth and Pape Avenues Monday evening.
Police say the shooting happened at a parking lot on Gough Avenue before 8 p.m. Several shots were fired before multiple suspects fled the scene, police say.
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Theodoros Tiku of Toronto.
The Toronto Star reports that a doctor returning from the gym tried performing CPR on the victim but was unsuccessful.
The K9 unit and the Emergency Task Force was called in to investigate Toronto’s 46th murder of the year.
