Toronto police have identified a man shot to death in the city’s north end late Tuesday night.

Police were called to a townhouse complex at 202 Sentinel Rd. near Finch Avenue and Keele Street just after 11:30 p.m., responding to reports of a shooting.

Investigators say the victim, 24-year-old Kevin Phouthonesy, had been in an SUV with his girlfriend when he was approached by an unknown male and shot. The victim’s girlfriend was not injured, police say.

Three suspects fled the scene on foot and are wanted by police.
