Man flashed girls: police
Toronto police are warning the public about a potential sex offender after a man flashed two young girls Friday.
Police said the girls, both under the age of 15, encountered the man while they were walking down the third-floor hallway of an apartment block at 2777 Kipling Ave.
The stairwell door "flew open" and a man standing in the stairwell exposed himself, police said.
The suspect was described as a black male who is 20 to 30 years old, 5-foot-9 and 130 to 150 pounds with a medium build and a black beard.
