The story of a 38-year-old pregnant mother struck and killed by a truck has taken another tragic turn after a camcorder containing irreplaceable footage of the woman was stolen from a parked vehicle.
The vehicle was parked on Millwood Road in the Eglinton and Bayview Avenue area Saturday.
According to police, a suspect broke into the vehicle sometime between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and stole a silver Sony MiniDV camcorder in a blue case and an InFocus video projection machine.
Inside the camcorder there was a mini DV tape with footage of Jenna Morrison dancing with her five-year-old son Lucas.
Morrison was travelling on a bicycle on the morning of Nov. 7, when she was struck and killed by a truck in the area of Dundas Street and Lansdowne Avenue.
