Peel police say they have located a 27-year-old Brampton man who went missing Monday night.
Authorities were concerned as the man is said to function at the level of a 15-year-old.
Parmbir Randhawna was last seen on Ray Lawson Boulevard in Brampton at around 7 p.m. He was located in good condition Tuesday morning.
