TORONTO - Running back Anthony Coombs is ready to again shoulder the load for the Toronto Argonauts.

Coombs practised with the Argos on Tuesday after being activated off the six-game injured list.

Head coach Marc Trestman said Coombs will start Saturday when Toronto (8-9) visits the B.C Lions (7-10).

Toronto can clinch first in the East with a tie or win and host the division final Nov. 19.

A loss would leave Toronto second behind idle Ottawa (8-9-1) and hosting the fourth-place finisher in the West in the East semifinal Nov. 12.

Coombs suffered a broken collarbone in a game versus Montreal in August that required surgery.
