Police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting in North York late Wednesday afternoon and are appealing to the public for assistance in tracking down two suspects who were spotted fleeing the scene.

Jules Jashawn Morrison, 21, was found unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds in the 7th floor stairwell of a building on Fountainhead Road near Finch Avenue and Sentinel Road at around 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

The first suspect is described as having a medium build and was last seen wearing a light-coloured long sleeve hoodie with a dark-coloured vest and dark-coloured pants.

The second suspect is also described as having a medium build and was last seen wearing a dark-coloured coat, a green hoodie and dark-coloured pants.
