Halton police are currently on the scene after a boat exploded in Oakville Saturday afternoon.
According to police, the boat exploded while tied to the dock in Oakville Harbour shortly after 3:30 p.m.
Three people were aboard the vessel at the time, police said.
A 53-year-old woman has been airlifted to Hamilton General Hospital. The extent of her injuries is currently unknown.
A 45-year-old man and 56-year-old man were also transported to hospital with undetermined injuries.
The Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office has been contacted, and the harbour is currently closed as police investigate.
