AJAX, Ont. - A 17-year-old boy from Ajax, Ont., has been charged with possessing child pornography.
Durham regional police allege the high school student obtained 70 images of girls under the age of 18 from the Internet by using the family computer.
Police say it was done without the parents' knowledge.
The boy was arrested Tuesday and held for a bail hearing.
He cannot be named because of his age.
