Toronto police have issued an arrest warrant for a 23-year-old man accused of gunning down a 16-year-old boy in Scarborough in 2007.

Police says Toronto resident Pierre Oliver Ellis is wanted for first-degree murder in the death of Keyon Campbell.

Campbell was fatally shot outside a townhouse complex at 110 Empringham Dr., near Finch and Morningside Avenues, early Dec. 2, 2007.

Police say Ellis may be armed and should be considered dangerous.

Ellis is described as black, five foot nine with a medium build and black hair.
