BRANTFORD, Ont. - A Brantford, Ont., resident is the winner of the $23 million Lotto Max jackpot.
Officials from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation say the jackpot is the largest single ticket jackpot win in Ontario since Lotto Max launched in September 2009.
No one has come forward yet to claim the prize.
