LOS ANGELES - A jury has found Leonard Cohen's former business manager guilty of harassing the Canadian singer-songwriter.

Prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter says the panel also determined Kelley Lynch repeatedly violated a restraining order by repeatedly calling and emailing the troubadour.

Cohen testified against Lynch during her trial, telling jurors he felt threatened by the volume and tone of her calls and emails, which contained numerous expletives and described the singer as her enemy. He acknowledged that he had "an intimate relationship" with Lynch, but broke ties with her after he realized millions of dollars were missing.

Lynch faces up to five years in jail.

Her attorneys claimed she was angry that Cohen had fired her and felt he ruined her reputation and that she never tried to personally confront him.
