An alleged drunk driver crashed his Honda into the back of a police cruiser near King Street and Sudbury Street on Sunday night.
Police say the officer was stopped at a red light when the crash occurred. The officer has gone to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The driver was not hurt, and charges are pending.
