TORONTO - A woman facing G20 mischief charges will spend another two weeks in custody after her lawyer was more than three hours late for a bail hearing today.

Kelly Pflug-Back, 21, is charged with six counts of mischief over $5,000 in connection with damage caused by protesters during the G20 summit last month.

The hearing was supposed to start at 10 a.m., but her lawyer, Steve Gehl, did not arrive until 1:15 p.m. and the judge put the case over to Aug. 10 at Gehl's request.

Pflug-Back turned herself in to police last week in Peterborough, Ont., just hours after an arrest warrant was issued for her.

When Gehl arrived he said "good morning your worship," before correcting himself with a "good afternoon."

Gehl, who is based in Guelph, Ont., 90 kilometres west of Toronto, told the judge he "took the wrong turn."
