The eighth and final report on expendable city services from KPMG calls for large scale privatization of city services and the sale of many city assets.
The review was released this morning and is part of an overarching strategy by Mayor Rob Ford to find innovative ways to tackle a reported $774 million deficit.

Reduce the size of the service through attrition.
