According to the Kingston Whig-Standard, Williams wrote a suicide note on his cell wall using mustard then tried to choke himself with toilet paper roll.
The man is charged with killing two women and sexually assaulting two more.
The news outlet is also reporting the alleged murderer tried to jam his cell door shut.
