Peel police are investigating after human remains were discovered near a Mississauga park Wednesday morning.
Police said they located the remains near Hewick Meadows Park, located in the Mississauga Road and Highway 403 area, at around 11:30 a.m. after responding to a call from a citizen.
The remains have yet to be identified, police said.
