TORONTO - The Junos have added a bit more hip-hop flavour to this year's award show.

Toronto's K'naan and Classified of Enfield, N.S., have both been added to the roster of performers for the Junos, which will take place April 18 in St. John's, N.L.

Rootsy Toronto outfit Great Lake Swimmers have also been added to the list of talent set to hit the stage.

Michael Buble, Drake, Blue Rodeo, Billy Talent, Justin Bieber and Metric are among the performers who were previously announced.

Buble leads with six nominations going into this year's Junos, followed by Drake and Billy Talent with four apiece.

The Junos air on CTV.
