A $20,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the return of a missing 15-year-old boy, as students hold a vigil in his honour.

Brandon Crisp hasn't been seen for 10 days after he left his Barrie home following an argument with his parents over video gaming habits on Thanksgiving day.

The reward is being offered by two local media companies, one of which the teen's mother works for.

More than 1,000 students at St. Joseph's Secondary School held a vigil Thursday morning. Brandon's family also attended the ceremony in which friends, teachers, and police spoke of hope.

The school's principal praised Brandon's family for their courage through these difficult times.

A witness has since come forward saying she spotted the teen the day he left, but no other sightings have been reported.

The boy is described as five foot three, 100 pounds, wearing blue jeans, a burgundy American Eagle hoodie. He was wearing a yellow and grey jacket with white running shoes with a camouflage stripe.

Anyone with information should call Barrie Police at (705) 725-7025.
