A 21-year-old has been charged with stunt driving after allegedly driving down a highway at 212 kilometres per hour near Clarington, the OPP says.
The incident took place at around 1 a.m. on Highway 401 near Bennet Road.
The driver has had their vehicle impounded for two weeks and is facing a 30-day licence suspension, along with their stunt driving charge, police say.
