Two eastbound lanes on Highway 407 have reopened following a collision Friday afternoon near Uxbridge.
Ontario Provincial Police say they responded to the highway at Lake Ridge Road at around 4:30 p.m.
One of the vehicles involved appears to have flipped over.
It is unclear what led to the collision or the severity of the injuries.
