Norfolk OPP say they’ve upgraded and laid an additional first-degree murder charge in connection to a pair of homicides last month.
Police were called to a Simcoe home on Oct. 5 and found Barbara Morgan, 71, deceased.
Eleven days later, police found the remains of Robert Sykes, 49 in a wooded area near Caledonia.
Police say Justin Morgan, 45, is now facing two first degree murder charges.
He remains in custody.
