Investigators are hoping the public can help them identify the person who deliberately set fire to a Dunnville, Ont. home on Dec. 16.
Ontario Provincial Police released two images of the suspect on Wednesday.
They said an unknown person entered a home on Edgewater Place around 6 p.m. and poured an unspecified accelerant inside. As they were leaving, the suspect threw a lit object into the home and fled on foot from the back of the property.
“The fire was quickly extinguished and the residence sustained fire damage,” OPP said in a media release. “No injuries were reported.”
The suspect was described as tall and wearing a hoodie, balaclava and gloves.
