Brantford Police say two people are injured after a vehicle collided with a building on Monday afternoon.
Police responded to the intersection of Shellard Lane and Colborne Street West around 2 p.m.
The male driver was sent to hospital with serious injuries. A woman inside the building was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Police said Colborne Street West between Shellard Lane and Lyndsay Street would be closed to traffic in both directions while the investigation is underway.
Motorists are asked to use alternate routes.
Any witnesses, or anyone with information or footage of the collision is asked to contact police.
