Police are searching for an armed suspect involved in a daytime robbery at a jewelry store inside the Lynden Park Mall in Brantford on Friday morning.
The Brantford Police Service were called to the mall around 9:25 a.m. after a male suspect who was concealing his face entered the store.
According to investigators, the man pulled out a gun and stole a large quantity of cash and jewelry before running off.
Two employees were inside the store when the robbery took place, but no injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a male wearing a black hooded jacket, sunglasses, a face covering, and black gloves. He was also wearing dark pants and dark running shoes.
Police released an image of a person they want to speak with as part of the investigation on Tuesday.
