Niagara police have arrested a couple in connection with a sexual assault investigation spanning three years.

In a release, police said their investigation focused on several incidents involving three separate victims that occurred between 2022 and 2025.

On Jan. 7, James McManamon, 39, of Port Colborne and Jennifer Harrigan, 29, of Niagara Falls, were both arrested.

McManamon is charged with three counts of sexual assault, while Harrigan is facing charges of invite/counsel sexual exploitation of a young person.

Police said that Harrigan has worked in the gymnastic and cheerleading communities of the Niagara region, and detectives believe there may be more victims.
