An 18-year-old is facing charges after two violent carjackings in Mississauga.
Peel police say a 72-year-old man was in his driveway in the area of Airport Road and Morning Star Drive, near Toronto Pearson, on Thursday.

Officers quickly found the stolen vehicle and arrested one person after a foot pursuit, they say. The second suspect is still at large.
Investigators later discovered the suspect they arrested is also allegedly responsible for a carjacking that happened on Jan. 9 in the Airport Road and Derry Road East area.
In that incident, police say four suspects approached a 75-year-old man in his driveway and assaulted him before stealing his vehicle.
