A 29-year-old man has been charged after a large fire at a Walmart in Mississauga Monday night caused over $10 million in damage.
Emergency crews responded to the store located at Square One Shopping Centre around 11:30 p.m. Police said security discovered the fire.
Firefighters arrived and knocked down the blaze. No injuries were reported.
Police said the damage to the store, including inventory, and the lost revenue was estimated to exceed $10 million.

Meanwhile, police began their investigation when fire investigators notified them that the incident was suspicious.
As a result, Wyatt Diamond-Harbour was arrested and has been charged with arson causing damage to property and breach of probation.
Police said they take arson incidents and breaches of public safety “very seriously.”
“This investigation is ongoing, and police continue to work closely with fire officials and other partners to ensure a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding this incident,” they added.
The Ontario Fire Marshal is also looking into the incident.
