The westbound lanes of Highway 401 have reopened south of Guelph following a collision involving a commercial vehicle that left one person seriously injured.
Ontario Provincial Police said one person was extricated from a commercial vehicle that rolled over. They were taken to hospital with potentially life-altering injuries, OPP said.
According to reports from the scene, a tractor trailer rolled into a ditch.
The OPP said members of its Technical Collision Investigation team were at the scene.
