A man is dead following an apparent head-on collision in Brampton early Saturday morning.
Peel police responded to the area of McVean Road between Castlemore Road and Countryside Drive at around 4:19 a.m.
Police say a white pickup truck and blue Jeep were involved in the collision.
The driver of the Jeep, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead, police say.
They added that two occupants of the pickup were taken to the hospital and have since been released.
The cause of the collision is unknown.
“Unclear on the sequence of events right now,” police said in an email to CP24.
