A man is in hospital after a stabbing at a GO station in Brampton early Saturday morning.
In an email to CP24, Peel police say officers responded to the Brampton GO Station at around 12:30 a.m.
Investigators allege the victim, a man in his 30s, was involved in an altercation with a suspect that escalated, at which point the suspect stabbed him before fleeing the area.
The victim was transported to a trauma centre and remains in stable, non-life-threatening condition.

The suspect is described as a male with brown skin, medium complexion, thin build, in his 20s to 30s.
He was last seen wearing a blue zip-up sweater with white lines, black pants, blue shoes, glasses, and a black balaclava
The investigation is being led by the 22 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau and remains ongoing.
