One person was rushed to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries after the driver of a vehicle struck a tree in Brampton on Saturday night, police say.
The crash happened near Howden Boulevard and Lime Ridge Drive, just west of Dixie Road and north of Queen Street East.
Peel Regional Police say they were called to the area around 8:45 p.m. for a single-vehicle collision involving an adult.
Howden Boulevard was closed in both directions from Vodden to Leander streets as police investigated and motorists were asked to use alternate routes.
