A man was rushed to a trauma centre after a fight early morning in Scarborough on Saturday, the Toronto Police Service (TPS) says.
TPS told CP24 they were called to the area of Morningside and Sheppard Avenues just after 3:30 a.m., following reports of a person with a knife.
Upon arrival, officers found a man in his 30s who “had injuries as a result of some altercation,” police said. It is unclear at this time what the victim’s condition is.
A weapon was seized by officers on scene.
Police could not provide any suspect description at this time.
