Police are searching for a driver that crashed their vehicle into a home in Toronto’s Rexdale neighbourhood Friday morning and ran away from the scene.
Toronto police say they were called to the area of Islington Avenue and Rexdale Boulevard shortly after 10:30 a.m.
The circumstances surrounding the collision are unknown and there are no reported injuries at this time, police say.
In footage taken from the scene, a black Honda CR-V appears to have crashed into the home’s front window. A chunk of glass appears to be missing from the window, with the frame pushed further into the house.
Officers say they are currently searching the area for the driver.
