Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who they say uttered death threats on “several occasions” in the city’s east end.

In a news release, officers say they were called to the area of Danforth Avenue and Main Street earlier this week on Thursday.

Police say a suspect repeatedly contacted a victim and threatened them, despite being under conditions not to do so. Investigators say the suspect and victim are known to each other.

As a result, police say they are searching for 35-year-old Stefan Bovaconti, of no fixed address. He is wanted for 12 counts of breach of probation and two counts of uttering threats.

Bovaconti is described as six feet tall, with a medium build, and bald.

Anyone with information about Bovaconti’s whereabouts is asked to contact Toronto police or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
