A motorcyclist in his 30s has been seriously injured following a multi-vehicle collision on the Gardiner Expressway late Saturday night.
Toronto police say they were called to the eastbound lanes near Spadina Avenue at around 11:20 p.m.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, and the rider, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the motorcyclist has since been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with careless driving.
The collision initially closed two eastbound lanes, but the highway has since reopened.
