A man has serious injuries after being struck by a streetcar in midtown Toronto on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the area of St. Clair Avenue East and Yonge Street shortly before 2 p.m. for a collision.
The man was transported to a trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, Toronto paramedics said.
The circumstances leading up to the collision are not immediately known.
