A 38-year-old Toronto man has been arrested following an online child luring investigation that began earlier this year.

Peel police say investigators from the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) unit launched the probe in June 2025 after reports of a person allegedly using social media platforms to lure individuals under 16 for sexual purposes.

In a news release issued Friday, officials identified the suspect as Mark Kunji Ikeda, who allegedly used several online personas including “Sweet Kinks,” and “Lovingteachr,” among others.

Ikeda was arrested on Sept. 25, and charged with multiple counts of luring a child under the age of 16 and obstructing a peace officer.

None of the charges have been tested in court but police say he was held for a bail hearing.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with information to contact Peel police’s ICE Unit.
