Toronto police say a man in his 20s was taken to hospital after a stabbing inside an apartment building early Saturday morning.
In an email to CP24, officials say officers were called to the area of Shuter Street and Sherbourne Street at around 6:25 a.m. for reports of a stabbing involving two people.
Police say the victim was located inside the building suffering from stab wounds and was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No further details such as suspect information has been released at this this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
