A fiery multi-vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Scarborough resulted in a lengthy closure on Tuesday evening.
It happened in the eastbound lanes past Meadowvale Road around 5:30 p.m.
Images from the scene show thick smoke and visible flames at the scene.
The fire was later knocked down, and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the collision is unknown. The highway fully reopened shortly after 9:20 p.m.
