Toronto police are investigating after they say a man was stabbed late Friday night in the city’s east end.
Officers were called to the area of Old Finch Avenue and Morningside Avenue just before 11 p.m. for reports of a stabbing.
Police say they found the victim at the scene with stab wounds.

Paramedics transported him to hospital via emergency run, where his injuries were later determined to be non-life-threatening.
Police say the suspect fled the area before officers arrived, and no arrests have been made. There is no description available at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
