Officers have been searching for the driver since he fled after striking a pedestrian at the intersection of Queens Quay East and Yonge Street around 7:15 p.m. on Monday.

Police said an eastbound white Lamborghini Urus disobeyed the red light and hit the pedestrian crossing the road.

The female pedestrian suffered from non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital, police said.

The Lamborghini was located later in a nearby underground parking garage, but the driver had left.
