A man allegedly brandished multiple knives onboard a TTC subway train before being approached by members of the public, Toronto police said Wednesday.
The incident occurred on Dec. 11 around 2:30 p.m., investigators said, when the suspect entered Yorkdale Station.
The suspect fled the scene but was later arrested, police said.
Police said they charged Justin Goulbourne, a 20-year-old of Toronto, including failure to comply with a probation order.
Investigators are seeking witnesses to the incident.
