A man has been sent to the hospital after a collision sent two vehicles off road, Toronto police say, causing one car to flip over.
The two-vehicle crash happened shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday, in the area of Lawrence Avenue East and Leslie Street.
Toronto police say the vehicles are located near the ravine.
A male was initially trapped inside one of the vehicles, but has since been extricated, police said.
Toronto Fire Services say their crews stabilized the vehicles, cutting the roof to gain access and rescue the man.
He sustained non-life-threatening injuries, they added.
The circumstances leading up to the collision are also unknown.
Police advise drivers to expect delays in the area and consider alternate routes at this time.
