Toronto police have identified two additional suspects in connection with the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old in the city’s King West neighbourhood last year.
On Nov. 25, at around 4:45 a.m., police said gunfire erupted on the sidewalk near King Street West and Spadina Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from “at least one gunshot wound.”
Police allege that man, identified as 27-year-old Frandy Noel of Toronto, had been approached by a group of males who discharged guns at him, resulting in him being struck by gunfire.
Noel then shot his own gun and hit one of the males in the group, according to police.
Investigators said a short time after Noel was brought to the hospital, the male he allegedly shot was dropped off at a hospital and was pronounced dead.
Police identified him as 18-year-old Dylan Adams, of Toronto, the city’s 37th homicide of 2025. Noel was charged with second-degree murder.

In a release on Thursday, Toronto police said they have identified two more suspects who are wanted in connection with Adams’ death.
Wissem Mohamed Rehayem, 30, and Steven Brice Pierre, 26—both of Montreal—are wanted on Canada-wide warrants for unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a vehicle, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, and accessory after the fact to discharge firearm being reckless to life.
Both men are believed to have ties to Montreal and Toronto.
Police say they are considered armed and dangerous, and if seen, 9-1-1 should be called immediately.
