Man seriously injured in stabbing on GO train: Toronto police

Toronto police say they are searching for a suspect after a stabbing on a GO train early Monday morning.

According to police, it happened at the Weston GO Station, near Lawrence Avenue West and Weston Road, at around 12:45 a.m.

Police said a man was found at the scene suffering from stab wounds. He was rushed to hospital via emergency run with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have not released a detailed suspect description but say the man was last seen wearing a black jacket, black hoodie, blue jeans, and black running shoes.
