Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect accused of stealing cash and credit cards from healthcare facilities.
Police said they responded to calls for thefts in the area of Jane Street and Weston Road between November 2025 and March 2026.
After the suspect entered the facilities, he would allegedly walk into nursing stations and secure staff rooms without authorization.
Police said the suspect would then take cash and credit cards out of employees’ wallets.
Later, he would allegedly use the credit cards to make purchases.
The suspect has been identified as 58-year-old Nigel Antoine of Toronto.
He is wanted for theft of a credit card, theft under $5,000, posses/use of credit cards obtained by offence and fraud under $5,000.
Antoine is described as six feet tall with a medium build and a grey beard. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, a white baseball hat, white running shoes and a gold chain around his neck.
Police said Antoine was also seen driving a red sedan.
