Toronto Fire says it has been knocked down, as searches continue.

Crews are now actively checking inside the building for hotspots and doing overhaul.

All occupants of the residence got out, they added.

One person, possibly a bystander, was assessed by paramedics, said Toronto Fire Service. There were initial reports that someone may have climbed a roof area to escape.

Toronto paramedics later confirmed that they transported one person to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Police are also on scene.

Currently, southbound Rockcliffe Boulevard is closed between Lambton and Outlook avenues. Outlook is closed between Rockcliffe Boulevard and Gray Avenue. Teston Blvd is also off limits.

More details to come. This is a developing story.
