A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a fatal downtown shooting that left an 18-year-old man dead late last year.

In a news release, Toronto police say officers were initially called to the King Street West and Spadina Avenue area at around 4:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, for reports of a shooting.

Police allege the accused was approached by a group of males, who then discharged firearms, striking him. Police further add that the accused allegedly returned fire, hitting one of the males in the group.

The accused was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while the victim was dropped off at hospital a short time later and pronounced dead.

He has since been identified as 18-year-old Dylan Adams, of Toronto.
